Return Eligibility
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and box contents must be included.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
How to Return.
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and reason for return with photos if applicable.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refund Process
- Exchange: We will send a replacement product within 3–5 working days.
- Refund: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Non-Returnable Items
